(Good Article to Read)

A simple word that we may rarely use in daily life, but often we praktekkan directly whether or not consciously aware. Some time ago I gathered with friends old me. As always we discuss about the work, the pair of life, past, and various other things.

After my new home tersadar, that we are one race each other to showcase our complaints each seems that most who complain that he is most powerful.

'Bos gue udah diagnosed the day I still kick 6 overtime, all ordered aja gue nginep in the office'

'Ditambahin I only work every day, but it is not' job-desc 'I'

'Son of the fruit I was stupid, what is only one'.

We all do this at any time without realize it.

Did you know the more often we complain, the more often we are also experiencing this. For example, one of my good friends always complain about her job. He has moved several times and each time the job he was working in a new place, he always complained about the boss or colleagues sekerjanya.

Before he moved to the next job he was always noisy with superiors or colleagues sekerjanya. As we can see that form a pattern that can be predicted, he will always move from one job to the next job until she learned not to complain.

Complain that it is very easy to do and for some people it becomes a habit, and again complained parahnya a pride. When you have two friends, the first level is always positive and the second always complain, you will be happy to deal with that? Being a complainer who may be able to get sympathy from our friends, but will not make us have more friends and will not solve the problem we can even make us lose our friends.

Which the question is why we complain? We complain because we are disappointed that the reality does not occur in accordance with our expectations. How do we overcome this. How easy is actually difficult-easy, we only need to be thankful.

I believe that behind all the things that we keluhkan PASTI no matter that we can syukuri.

As an illustration, you complain with your work. Did you know how much the number of unemployed in Indonesia?

Currently almost 60% of the productive working age do not work, so be grateful you still have jobs and income. Or, you complain that they are ordered to do overtime or extra work. Did you know that your boss actually believe
to your ability? If you can not afford not be your boss told you to provide overtime or additional work.

Be grateful because you have been given the trust by your employer, you may be more diligent with whom you can get a campaign faster than you expect.

Be grateful more and believe your life will be easier and fortune with you always, always, because you can see things that may escape from your eyes because you complain too busy.

Try it now:

1. Be grateful every day at least once a day.

Be grateful for your work, your health, your family or anything that you can syukuri. Ambilah time for 10-30 seconds just to give thanks and continue your activities again.

2. Do not complain when you are having difficulties but do the following. Close your eyes, pull the long breath, hold briefly and then hembuskan slowly from your mouth, open your eyes, and think that tersenyumlah a later time you will be grateful for all that's going on at this time.

3. Familiarize not-for follow-up complain when you're with friends who are complain and give a positive response or not at all. Always think positive and see the changes in your life.

'The more you give thanks to God for what you have, the more things you will have to disyukuri'.
